WOW! Factor Desserts is a national, leading, upscale, dessert manufacturer who takes pride in making our desserts by hand, with love.

We care

As part of our commitment to producing the best-tasting desserts on the planet, we also take the health and safety of our customers seriously. As such, we have a “no exchange, no return” policy.

All perishable desserts sold are 100% non-returnable.

Our products have a 365-days-from-production-date shelf life when kept frozen and shrink-wrapped, and a 3–5 day shelf life when thawed and refrigerated.

WOW! is proud to report an A+ BRC certification rating for our manufacturing facility and retail outlets. As part of the rules and guidelines in conformance with our certification, any product that has left our locations cannot be brought back in.
