What makes our premium desserts a cut above the rest? It’s the combination of the highest quality ingredients and uncompromising quality.  We use a high percentage of cream cheese, whipping cream, sour cream and REAL butter, as well as Halal and Kosher certified gelatin. We also use Callebaut’s Finest Belgian Chocolate in our desserts.  Manufactured and imported from Belgium, Barry Callebaut chocolate is deemed as one of the finest chocolate makers in the world, and one of the largest. Chocolatiers since 1850, Callebaut’s chocolate is made in Belgium’s oldest cocoa roasteries and is made from the best, sustainable cocoa beans of West Africa.

 In addition, we place a special emphasis on sourcing locally whenever possible.

In addition to using the highest quality ingredients, WOW! Factor Desserts has introduced an incredible line of Gluten-Free desserts with quality & flavour that are in a class by themselves. Many North Americans are watching their own wheat intake and Celiacs, in particular, need to know we take their health seriously. We are proud to be a part of the Gluten-Free Certification Program endorsed by The Canadian Celiac Association.
